Draft for review. This page was prepared in good faith and has not yet been reviewed by a qualified legal adviser. RECRUITERCLICK LTD will update it following that review.
Our commitment
RECRUITERCLICK LTD aims for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We are continuing to test and improve the website and do not yet claim full conformance.
What we have done
The website has been built so that you should be able to:
- navigate using a keyboard only, with a visible focus indicator and a "Skip to main content" link;
- use a screen reader, with semantic page structure, headings in a logical order, labelled landmarks and descriptive link text;
- complete forms with clearly labelled fields, error messages linked to each field, and a summary of problems after submission;
- zoom text up to 200% and use the website on small screens without content being cut off or needing to scroll sideways;
- read text with sufficient colour contrast against its background;
- avoid unnecessary movement: the website respects your device's reduced motion setting and has no auto-playing video.
Informative images have text alternatives. All forms work without JavaScript.
Known limitations
- Some legal pages include long tables, which may require horizontal scrolling on very small screens.
- Drag and drop for uploading a CV is not available to all users. The standard "Upload Your CV" button provides the same function and works with a keyboard and assistive technology.
- Documents you download from our team, such as job descriptions, may not always be fully accessible. Please ask if you need another format.
Reporting a problem
If you have difficulty using any part of this website, or need information in a different format, please email info@recruiterclick.com. Tell us the web address of the page and describe the problem, and we will do our best to help.
Adjustments during recruitment
If you need adjustments at any stage of a recruitment process, such as when completing an application or attending an interview, please let us know. We will discuss what would help and work with the employer to put reasonable adjustments in place.
How this statement was prepared
This statement was prepared on 14 October 2026 following an internal review against WCAG 2.2 during development, including keyboard, screen-size and automated checks. It has not yet been independently audited. We will review it regularly and update it as we make improvements.
