This is a really exciting time to join Girlguiding. With nearly half a million members we are the largest charity dedicated to girls and young women in the UK, and one of the largest and leading youth charities. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of Girlguiding’s social media, delivering excellent customer service and building a strong and vibrant social community across key social channels. They will support key organisational campaigns and objectives with high-quality social media and digital advertising content, including engaging multimedia assets, delivered to an agreed schedule, which will be adapted and maintained on an ongoing basis.
This role will work with external agencies and coordinate all paid advertising and regularly track, measure and report on our social and digital marketing metrics, in order to make regular improvements and optimise our channels for all audiences. They will reach and grow all key audiences for Girlguiding via proactive and reactive content on our digital channels.
They will have excellent interpersonal skills, being able to build strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels.
